Congratulations on your engagement and your decision to get married. We are hugely grateful for considering our church for your wedding ceremony. You can download the wedding application form by clicking the link above, or by contacting the church office if you need any further assistance. Tel: 01384 573797 Email: info@ntcgdudley.org

Please complete the form with as much information as possible. The form must not be considered a contract until you have been notified formally, following an initial meeting with the Senior Pastor and a deposit made to secure the date.

Getting married is one of the most serious decisions we make in life, and a big commitment. Many people choose to begin their marriage in a meaningful and spiritual way; usually in a venue that is sacred and personal to their beliefs. As a Christian Church, NTCG Dudley holds firm to the sacred and sanctity of the marriage service, where two persons, one man and one woman, are beautifully joined in holy matrimony – not just in the company of their family and friends, but also in the presence of Almighty God.

Wedding rituals in a church are special and having your wedding here at NTCG Dudley adds a spiritual dimension to the ceremony, as you exchange your vows to each other. We will extend to you every possible consideration, courtesy, and support in making your day a very special one.

What happens next after I’ve completed the Wedding Application Form?

Once we received the wedding application form, we will send you an acknowledgment within 3-5 working days. We would then want to discuss the following with you:

  1. Wedding Schedule

Before a formal wedding reservation can be confirmed, an initial appointment should be made for a preliminary interview with the Senior Pastor to agree dates, officiants, and other procedural matters.

  • Pre-marital counselling

Premarital counselling is usually taken by a couple before or after they have set the wedding date. It is a process that can help them explore their expectations, their plans for the future, and what might be involved when sharing their lives together. It helps ensure a strong foundation for the relationship ahead.

Since the wedding is being conducted in a church, premarital counselling also helps satisfy the requirement that, it being a holy matrimony, it is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly – but reverently, discreetly, advisedly and solemnly.

  • Rehearsals

The wedding rehearsal is ultimately a practice of your wedding ceremony for you and your wedding party and is an important part of making sure your wedding goes smoothly and is truly special.

  • Fees, Deposits and Refunds

The fee for a church wedding is £480 (a lower rate is reserved for members). A 50% non-refundable deposit (or £240.00) is required to secure the booking of your wedding and is payable once the wedding has been confirmed. A late fee of £160.00 is chargeable and becomes payable in cash four weeks before the wedding; the full amount of which is refundable in 14 days should the wedding start within 30 minutes of its scheduled time. If the wedding is 30 minutes to one hour late, 50% of the late fee is deductable; one – two hours late, the full sum is retained, and after two hours late the wedding may be cancelled. All outstanding wedding charges are payable four weeks before the wedding. The above is applicable to members and non-members, but certain fees may be waived or concession given to bona fide/active members of this Church only.

If for any reason your wedding is postponed or cancelled, please notify the church promptly. All fees, except the non-refundable deposit of £240.00, will be returned to you within 14 days if notification of the postponement or cancellation is given within 60 days prior to your wedding date; and thereafter 50% of your fees is refundable.

Extenuating circumstances and the discretion of the Senior Pastor may apply in certain situations, regarding these charges.
